We will meet in person to walk your property and I'll take notes on exactly what you would like done.2. Pricing It Out
You will receive an estimate packet via Docusign. This packet will itemized estimate of services your property requires, a maintenance contract, a customized month-by-month maintenance chore list and an ACH form to enable payment. Choose a monthly or discounted yearly payment plan. Once you are happy with your packet, you can sign it digitally via Docusign. Please be aware that by signing the estimate, you are agreeing that it entails everything you are looking for and expect.4. Getting To Work
We'll show up on the agreed schedule and get your property into shape! To help you keep track, we’ll send you a note via Greminders twenty-four hours before each visit.6. Payment
You will receive an emailed invoice on the last business day of each month, and your payment will be automatically withdrawn via ACH.
If choosing to pay yearly, your payment will be received on December 1 of the preceding year.
